TidesTime provides tide times, harmonic and model-based predictions, charts, calendars, maps, astronomical information, weather context, and related reference material. Features and coverage may change without notice.

Tide predictions are estimates based on available data and models. They are not measurements of current conditions and must not be treated as a guarantee of water level, current, access, flooding, or safety.

Do not rely on TidesTime as the sole source for navigation, boating, fishing, coastal access, emergency response, engineering, flood protection, or other decisions that may affect health, safety, property, or the environment. Use official notices, local knowledge, current observations, charts, and qualified professional advice.

You may access and use the public website for lawful personal, educational, research, or internal business purposes. You are responsible for how you use the information.

• Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt availability.
• Do not use excessive automated requests that place an unreasonable load on the service or its providers.
• Do not misrepresent predictions as official observations, safety notices, or measurements from a government authority.
• Do not remove source attribution or present third-party data as if it were owned or independently verified by TidesTime.

The website design, software, editorial content, and original presentation are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Third-party datasets, model outputs, map tiles, and weather information remain subject to their own licences and attribution requirements.

No licence is granted to resell, systematically extract, or create a competing dataset from the service except as expressly permitted by applicable law or by written permission.

The service may display or link to content supplied by third parties. TidesTime does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or terms.

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but interruptions, missing stations, calculation errors, and outdated source data can occur. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
